It couldn’t be easier. An orange peel adds a nice touch.

Double shot (50ml) of Poetic License Fireside Spiced Gin

Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic

Orange peel

Optional: Fresh cranberries (if in season)

Pour the Poetic License Fireside Spiced Gin into a stemmed balloon glassĀ  filled with ice, top up with the tonic to your taste and garnish with the orange peel (and cranberries, if using).
